Hayley Karicofe is a major traveler. But when she comes home to her condo in Cedar Works at Rocketts Landing, she’s delighted because she can put her car in park and relax. “It’s so wonderful to enjoy a lifestyle that doesn’t involve getting back into a car,” says Hayley. “That’s priceless.” 

A resident since August of 2007, Hayley was drawn to Rocketts Landing because of its proximity to the water. “I absolutely love the water, and my ultimate dream was to find a home in a metro area that overlooked the water – a place where I dock my boat, a place where I could walk from my home and toss a quick cast or maybe water ski or enjoy time with friends.”

Hayley’s typical day involves coming home from work, checking in with neighbors and sharing a glass of wine. As they lounge, another neighbor will typically stop by. “I absolutely love it. I’ve made friends quickly, and I’ve developed a special bond with the residents. We’ve enjoyed many nights on the terrace or patio sharing a bottle of wine overlooking the river. It’s exactly what I imagined. The residents of Rocketts are what make this place so special. This is the best decision I’ve made in my life thus far.”
