Lawrence Wilkes,

Wilkes brings decades of development experience to Rocketts Landing, including serving as the Washington Development Officer for Cadillac Fairview in the early 1980s. He received his B.S. in civil engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and attended graduate-level classes in economics and urban and environmental planning at the University of Virginia.

Jason Vickers-Smith,

Vickers-Smith serves as the Chief Operating Officer of The WVS Companies. He has played a significant role in major infrastructure projects, including the $350 million Belmont Bay project, which includes condominiums and a marina, in the Occoquan area of Northern Virginia. He received his B.S. in engineering from Duke University and his MBA from Oxford.
